SPRINGFIELD, IL: The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is seeking a communications firm to launch a statewide clean air campaign.
The winning agency will be charged with developing a comprehensive year-round effort to address air-quality issues and seek voluntary actions to reduce air pollution. It will also be asked to create targeted messages in Spanish and other languages.
