CHICAGO: The Illinois Bureau of Tourism (IBOT) launched a new Spanish-language Web site, DisfrutaIllinois.com, in an effort to reach more Hispanic consumers in the state, Chicago, and surrounding markets in other states.

The new site soft-launched in July, but the PR push picked up leading into September, which is a solid travel month for the state, said Jan Kostner, the IBOT's deputy director.
