WASHINGTON: Huntsworth, the parent company of Grayling, has relaunched Dutko Worldwide as Dutko Grayling, a US-based integrated public affairs offering.
The holding company relaunched the firm, combining the US-based public affairs units of Dutko and Grayling, in response to significant new business growth at Grayling's Washington-based communications unit, the company said in a statement.
