SAN FRANCISCO: Digital communications agency Horn Group hired Tim O'Keeffe as managing director. Returning to the agency where he began his career as an intern 15 years ago, O'Keeffe will lead the Horn Group's San Francisco Office and oversee general management of employees and accounts while also working to grow the agency's roster of clients in the digital media, enterprise software, and consumer technology arenas.
