Hill+Knowlton Strategies has brought in Shelley Joyce to head up its UK change and internal communications team.

Joyce is stepping into the role following the departure of Scott McKenzie for a similar position at Lansons in November.

She joins from BNY Mellon, the investment firm, where she was the global head of marketing and communications.
