WASHINGTON: Hill & Knowlton appointed Duncan Burns its first global practice director for energy.
Burns was formerly an SVP in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. He will be responsible for driving growth of the energy practice worldwide and sharing best practices among clients. Burns is also a member of the global council effective immediately.
