WASHINGTON: The Department of Health and Human Services has renewed a contract with Porter Novelli to promote sexually transmitted disease (STD) awareness.
The focus of the contract is to develop and implement a sustained STD awareness and education campaign aimed at reaching young women aged 13 to 19, an HHS press officer said. The new one-year contract is valued at more than $1.3 million. The firm has been working on the account since 2009.
