BETHESDA, MD: Abt Associates has hired Stephanie Marshall, former communications director for the US Department of Health and Human Services, as principal associate.
Marshall will manage health communications projects for the agency's clients, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Agency for Health Care Research and Quality, and the National Institutes of Health.
