CHICAGO: The Chicago Cubs have hired Julian Green, former director of media relations for MillerCoors, to the newly created role of VP of communications and community affairs.
Green started in the new position Monday. He will oversee corporate and non-baseball communications, such as issues surrounding the ballpark, and events. In addition, he will assist with CSR and community efforts.
