EMERSON, NJ: Lapis Technologies, an aerospace and defense technology company, has hired Grayling to handle its investor relations and financial communications.
Grayling will be responsible for boosting Lapis' presence both in the US and internationally, with an emphasis on expanding its global market reach.
Lapis is a wholly owned subsidiary of Enertec Systems, an Israel-based developer of military and airborne systems, missile command-and-control systems, simulators, and automatic test equipment.
