NEW YORK: GolinHarris hired James Kelly to the newly created position of creative director for the agency. Kelly, previously SVP and creative director for Weber Shandwick's UK and Ireland region, will be based in New York, provide creative counsel and strategy for new, existing, and potential clients, and report to vice chairman Ellen Ryan Mardiks.
