NEW YORK: GCI Health tapped Elisia Canna as director of consumer health, a new position at the healthcare agency. Canna, former EVP and deputy GM of the New York healthcare practice at Porter Novelli, started January 3. She reports to CEO Wendy Lund and has responsibility for building GCI's consumer health product portfolio.
