ST. LOUIS: Fleishman-Hillard has launched the Alfred Fleishman Diversity Fellowships program to bolster diversity at the agency by recruiting minority college students.
The entry-level program is targeting seniors and graduate students at US universities, offering high-level mentoring, professional development, and employment opportunities. It will award as many as 10 fellowships by this summer.
The program will not reflect a typical internship format. Instead, fellows will collaborate closely with Fleishman SVPs or other high-level executives, said CEO Dave Senay, via email.
