BUFFALO, NY: First Niagara Financial Group has appointed David Lanzillo to SVP and senior director of corporate communications.
Lanzillo joins First Niagara from Eastman Kodak, where he served as director and VP of corporate communications. In his new role, he will be responsible for the company's internal and external communications, including charitable efforts, and sponsorships.
First Niagara Financial is in the process of acquiring nearly 200 HSBC branches in upstate New York for $1 billion.
