WASHINGTON: The Marines, famously looking for a few good men, have chosen a woman as their new director of public affairs.

Brigadier General Mary Ann Krusa-Dossin took over the top PR position June 13, becoming only the second woman in Marines history to hold the job. The first was Brigadier General Margaret Brewer in 1978.
