TORONTO: FD hired Kent Hovey-Smith as MD for its recently opened Toronto office. The move expands the strategic communications firm's presence in Canada, where it also has an office in Vancouver. Hovey-Smith, previously director of communications for Schering-Plough Canada, will lead the office and work to build FD's presence in the country.
