CHICAGO: Newly created electric utility Exelon has begun what will be a multi-million dollar rebranding campaign.

The dollars 12 billion company, which formed officially October 20 with the completed merger of Philadelphia-based PECO Energy Co. and Chicago-based Unicom, has no PR agency of record. A decision on the matter will be made soon, according to Don Kirchoffner, VP of corporate communications.
