NEW YORK: Teri Everett, SVP of corporate affairs and communications at News Corp., will leave the media company February 10. The company promoted Julie Henderson to SVP of corporate affairs and CCO.

Everett joined News Corp. in 2000 as VP of corporate communications, managing its Los Angeles initiatives. She has overseen the company's global corporate affairs and communications efforts since December 2009. News Corp. named Everett its top spokesperson in 2007.
