LONDON: Liquor giant Allied Domecq has appointed Eli Lilly European communications head Stephen Whitehead as global corporate affairs director.
Whitehead, who joins next month, will oversee all corporate and financial communications, as well as public affairs efforts. He will report directly to CEO Philip Bowman.
Whitehead said he would carry out a review of the corporate affairs function, adding that hiring extra staff was an option.
