INDIANAPOLIS: Eli Lilly tapped Bart Peterson, a former two-term mayor of Indianapolis, as SVP of corporate affairs and communications, effective June 22. Peterson replaces Alex Azar, who was named VP of business-to-business and Puerto Rico for the pharmaceutical company in April. Peterson will report to John Lechleiter, chairman, president, and CEO of Eli Lilly.
