NEW YORK: Edelman has created a new VP of US diversity and inclusion role and installed Zing Shaw, former VP of human resources, in the position.
In the new role, Shaw will oversee diversity and inclusion across Edelman's offices nationwide, which will include internal engagement, development, recruitment, and retention. In particular, Shaw said she is looking to establish an internal diversity council to include members from all the US regions.
