Edelman adds two former Porter Novelli staffers to Sacramento office

SACRAMENTO: Edelman hired Kevin Slagle and Tom Knox to join its public affairs practice in Sacramento. Slagle joins as SVP and will specialize in land use, energy, and environmental issues. Knox will serve as VP. Both hires were previously at Porter Novelli. Edelman's clients in Sacramento include the California Department of Public Health, CalRecycle (formerly CIWMB), Blackboard Connect, and Kaiser Permanente.
