MIDLAND, MI: The Dow Chemical Company has promoted Matt Davis to VP of global government and public affairs.
Davis will be responsible for the company's worldwide government affairs, public policy, issues management, communications, reputation, and public affairs strategy and actions.
He will report to Andrew Liveris, chairman and CEO of Dow, and replaces Rich Wells, who was named VP and site director of the company's Michigan operations earlier this week.
