LOS ANGELES: The US District Attorney's Office has responded to former Fleishman-Hillard LA GM Doug Dowie's request to admit results of a polygraph test in his upcoming fraud and conspiracy trial.
Using its own experts and legal precedents, the office is calling the questions regarding fraudulent billing asked during the test "incurably vague." The court filings include a supporting statement from the unit chief of the FBI's polygraph division detailing possible flaws in the test, which Dowie voluntarily took in January. ...
