are once again in flux.



Roland Klein, the newly merged company’s VP of global communications,

has resigned his post, effective at the end of February. He will become

SVP/corporate communication for Scandinavian cell-phone giant Ericsson,

a position in which he will head internal and external communications,

IR and public affairs.



Klein’s departure is yet another PR blow for DC, which has struggled

with integrating its post-merger communications teams. Too, the company
