NEW YORK: CRT/Tanaka has acquired New York-based Lewis & Neale, an agency focused solely on food and nutrition. Lewis & Neale will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of CRT/Tanaka.
Mark Raper, chairman and CEO of CRT/Tanaka, said a complete merger of the firms is probable eventually but for now it wants to maintain the brand equity of Lewis & Neale and its food and nutrition staff, which are "quite well-known." Lewis & Neale's president Anita Fial will remain in her post.
