CINCINNATI: Convergys, a subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell, has hired Ronald Harris as its first ever director of investor relations.
Harris will report to Steven Rolls, Convergys' chief financial officer.
Harris will provide investors and securities analysts with evaluations of the company's financial performance.
Prior to joining Convergys, Harris served as manager of investor relations at TRW, a Cleveland-based manufacturing and service company.
Harris' hire comes one month before Convergys' scheduled divestiture from their parent company.
