NEW YORK: ConocoPhillips has appointed two investor relations VPs for the standalone energy companies it plans to spin off in the second quarter.
Clayton Reasor was named VP of IR, strategy, and corporate affairs at the soon-to-be-independent downstream company called Phillips 66. He is currently VP of corporate and IR at ConocoPhillips. Reasor began his 30-year career with Phillips Petroleum.
