NEW YORK: The Chinatown Partnership of New York will launch a two-month marketing campaign to encourage people to visit the neighborhood in lower Manhattan. "SEE (Shop, Eat, and Explore) Chinatown" kicks off on December 1 and will run through the Lunar New Year on January 26. The Partnership held a press conference on October 15 to announce “SEE Chinatown.”
