LOS ANGELES: Capitol Media Partners named Brad Chase a partner in the Los Angeles-based communications and public affairs shop. Chase, who started January 1, will support the service and expansion of the firm's global client base. He most recently served as director of communications for DaVita, a kidney care provider based in Denver.
