SACRAMENTO: The California Department of Public Health has issued an RFP for a $39.5 million integrated communications contract to support the state's Network for a Healthy California program.

The state agency releases an RFP for the account every three years, with the most recent award ending in September, said Ian Tovar, contract manager for special projects and regional infrastructure unit at the Network for a Healthy California.
