C-K PR saw top- and bottom-line growth in 2008, with New York and Chicago particularly strong. While Deborah Radman, SVP and director of PR, recognizes the “hard economy... [growth happened] in 2008 because PR is getting more of the marketing spend.” The firm's increased branding work also played a role, she adds.
Peter Krivkovich, C-K CEO and president, says PR at the integrated firm is doing well because “PR can take leadership in [creating authentic] conversations.”
