SAN FRANCISCO: Business Wire announced enhancements to its media monitoring tool NewsTrak clips.
Enhancements to the service's web interface and functionality include keyword searching of archived clips by language, time frame, publication, customizable display of “hits” and article text on one screen, delivery of clips into individual folders, and 3-D charts on measurement.
The social media monitoring component of the enhancements allow users to add new sources, revise data, and identify sites as spam.
