RALEIGH, NC: Blueplate PR chose RHA Howell Care Centers, a nonprofit provider of residential-based services for developmentally disabled people, as its 2009 pro-bono client. The agency will work with RHA event coordinator Debbie Valentine to promote the organization's fundraisers, including the Epicurious Vino Challenge on May 30.
