WASHINGTON: Blue Line Strategic Communications hired Kerry Symonds as VP of business development, starting February 1. Symonds, most recently a manager for online display for HP Direct, has also held positions with HP's corporate affairs team and the White House Conference on Small Business. She reports to a team at Blue Line that includes president Michael Meehan and CEO David Di Martino and is based in Redwood City, CA.
