SPRINGFIELD, IL: Rod Blagojevich hired The Publicity Agency on January 22 to assist the Illinois governor with handling media inquiries and media strategy while his impeachment trial is underway.
Blagojevich was arrested on federal corruption charges alleging an attempt to sell President Barack Obama's vacated Senate seat for money, a job, or a cabinet post. The impeachment trial began January 26 and some news reports have stated that they expect a decision as early as tomorrow, January 29.
