ROCHESTER, NY: Bausch & Lomb has appointed Attention as its first social media agency AOR following a competitive three-way pitch process.

The agency's brief encompasses “listening and contributing to the social media dialog between Bausch & Lomb consumers and healthcare professionals,” according to Jane Mazur, the contact lens company's VP of PR, global/North American Vision Care.

Mazur confirmed that Attention is on a monthly retainer and will provide support for several of Bausch & Lomb's products, including Biotrue contact lens solution and SofLens daily ...
