WASHINGTON: AT&T tapped Margaret Boles as director of media relations in Washington, effective June 29. Boles, the former VP of communications for Comptel, will act as the company's public policy spokesperson. Her responsibilities also include the development of a public policy strategy for online and social media outlets and the coordination of federal and state public policy communications.
