CASTLE ROCK, CO: Liolios Group was appointed to handle investor relations for AspenBio Pharma, a developer of products focused on diagnostic and therapeutic needs.
Liolios Group will also be responsible for developing a financial communications program. Account work will include scheduling and implementing conference calls and road shows, as well as engaging company attendants at financial conferences.
AspenBio Pharma is currently pursuing FDA clearance for AppyScore, a blood-based diagnostic test that evaluates low-risk patients who are initially suspected of having acute appendicitis.
