NEW YORK: The American Jewish Committee hired Kiersten Zweibaum as assistant executive director for communications and marketing, effective July 25.

Zweibaum was previously managing director of global corporate practice for Ogilvy PR, and left the agency in mid-July. Chris Graves, global CEO of Ogilvy, is searching for a replacement for Zweibaum, with the regional heads of the corporate practice are stepping up in the meantime.
