WASHINGTON: The American Gas Association, a gas utility advocate, hired Kristin Schrader Marcell as communications director. Marcell, who started April 21, reports to Laura Sheehan, VP of communications and marketing. She is the former communications director for the US Department of Transportation's Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
