MINNEAPOLIS: ACA International, a trade association that represents credit and collection professionals, tapped Mark Schiffman as the director of PR. Schiffman, most recently a senior director for Himle Horner, joined in February, reporting to CEO Rozanne Andersen. He replaces John Nemo, who left the association in December 2009 for a position in external relations and communications for the Minnesota Nurses Association.
