NEW YORK: Entertainment PR firm 42West hired Adam Spielberger as head of the company's digital marketing & communications division.
Spielberger was most recently VP of business development for LBi, a company that acquired his previous employer, Special Ops Media, where he was EVP of interactive marketing.
