WASHINGTON: 3D Communications hired Virginia Cox as an executive in the firm's Washington office, effective February 1. Cox, most recently SVP for communications and strategic initiatives at the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA) and a former FDA senior aide, reports to Cindi and Jim DiBiasi, cofounders and partners at 3D. CHPA hired Emily Skor to replace Cox.
