SAN FRANCISCO: The Blueshirt Group provided IR services for Open Table, the online network for restaurant reservations, in the lead-up to its May 21 IPO. Shannon Stubo, senior director of corporate communications at Open Table, confirmed the relationship. The San Francisco-based Blueshirt specializes in IR and media relations counsel. The IPO was one of two that occurred last week, and only one of four venture capital-backed companies to go public in the last two months.
