LogMeIn gets help from The Blueshirt Group on IPO
SAN FRANCISCO: LogMeIn, which went public on July 1, enlisted The Blueshirt Group for both pre- and post-IPO IR services. LogMeIn is a maker of software that allows users to remotely control their computers. The company, which had a strong debut on the Nasdaq, is the fourth venture-backed company to go public in the past six weeks. One of them, OpenTable, had its IPO on May 21 and also engaged Blueshirt for IR services.
