With forms for the 2010 Census on their way to mailboxes this month, the Census Bureau's outreach activities are picking up. The organization partnered with Nickelodeon's Dora the Explorer, who is celebrating 10 years, for a children's outreach campaign noting "Children Count Too," Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Times looks at the Census' outreach to Latino youth, which includes participation from actors Rosario Dawson and Wilmer Valderrama.
