NAPA, CA: Senetek hired Michael Rogers Public Relations for the September 4 launch of Pyratine-6, a cytokinin-based skincare line, as well as ongoing PR and corporate positioning. Senetek is a Napa, CA-based life sciences company that develops anti-aging technology. Work began August 1.

MIAMI: Tara, Ink., a boutique PR agency with offices in Miami Beach and Los Angeles, hired Leon Nieuwoudt as head of new business development for its hospitality, entertainment, and fashion practice areas. He will be based out of the agency's Miami Beach office.
