SANTA MONICA, CA: Murphy O'Brien has promoted account director Kimi Ozawa to VP to work on both travel and lifestyle accounts.
Ozawa, who has been at Murphy O'Brien for more than two years, will work with clients such as Peninsula Hotels, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Coeur d'Alene Resort, and Mimi's Café. She will also help with strategy development and best practices at the firm.
Prior to joining Murphy O'Brien, Ozawa worked at Cohn & Wolfe for four years as an account director. She also served as an account executive at The Rogers Group for nearly three years.
In addition to promoting Ozawa, the agency appointed Sean Marier as account supervisor, handling various travel projects for the Hilton Hotels & Resorts account.
