Executive search firm Korn/Ferry International is being sued by a former senior client partner Marti Smye for alleged breach of employment contract and nonpayment of nearly $4 million in bonuses, according to The Wall Street Journal. Smye also alleges that Korn/Ferry executives made anti-gay comments.

Korn/Ferry denied the charges.

In an e-mail statement to PRWeek, the company said, "We have investigated the accusations made in the story and concluded that they are without foundation. We will continue to vigorously oppose these charges and have every expectation that we will prevail."
